RESTAURANT ES CARBÓ

Restaurant Es Carbó is Sheraton Mallorca's main restaurant which can be found located on the lobby level. The restaurant, with its tranquil and inviting ambience, is decorated in warm red and orange tones, and has a terrace which offers stunning views over the Son Vida Golf Course.

The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Start the day with a recharging breakfast, made with the freshest local, seasonal produce.  In the evening, enjoy the very best of European cuisine and round off a perfect day on the restaurant’s beautiful terrace.

OUR CHEF: DANIEL LÓPEZ


Daniel López
was born in Mallorca in 1977. He discovered his passion for cooking in 1994 when he began taking culinary classes. From there on, whilst continuing his studies, he took on positions in different restaurants in order improve his cooking knowledge and skills.

In 1996, he began to work as an apprentice at the Sheraton Mallorca Arabella Golf Hotel. Due to his remarkable efforts, he was offered a position as Assistant Cook, where he stayed for a year until he left to complete his civilian service. Shortly after, he returned to the hotel as part of the kitchen team, where he has stayed and since become the Executive Chef.
